Here goes my first comment - This is rather odd, but Mr. Wickham has always been my favorite character. True, he's a dirty good-for-nothing rakish wastrelly shirker, but his nasty oily demeanor is so entertaining. I've always thought it so funny how he minces up to everyone and charms them though he's really not particulary Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33189102.post-44397118883815234752010-02-16T20:25:43.350-05:002010-02-16T20:25:43.350-05:00Mr Darcy is by far my favorite character, mostly b...Mr Darcy is by far my favorite character, mostly because it's such an adaptable one. His character can be interpreted in so many ways, that even when reading the novel, he appears differently and different traits stand out each time. As we change as readers, what we look for out of Mr Darcy changes, and he's always able to provide it.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33189102.post-70989411146726046692010-02-16T19:30:46.218-05:002010-02-16T19:30:46.218-05:00Hard to choose, they are so many fun and wonderful...Hard to choose, they are so many fun and wonderful characters in P&P!

My favourite character has to be Elizabeth. I love Mr. Bingley for his tolerance, openness and kindness, but Mr. Bennet is also a wonderful father and a very amusing husband to Mrs. Bennet. She is lovely, beautiful, well tempered and sweet. She is the quietest and most reserved in a house of stress and sillyness. Yet seems the most real to me, and the most flawed. Jane seems to keep herself in constant check, never asking for too much. srhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10217820419669097973noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33189102.post-6843077822430594212010-02-06T07:15:39.571-05:002010-02-06T07:15:39.571-05:00There is something about each character that makes...There is something about each character that makes them special and unique, but ultimately, my choice would be Elizabeth. Not only is she fun and intelligent, she is not afraid to speak her mind or stand up for her principles. She wouldn't let them be compromised - not even by her mother, who tried to bully her into an unwanted marriage - which I think is very admirable.

Margay<br Margay Leah Justicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15490126898758440254noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33189102.post-56679991186849842962010-02-06T06:51:34.130-05:002010-02-06T06:51:34.130-05:00Darcy, Lake scene, 'nuff said.Darcy, Lake scene, 'nuff said.Domestic Goddesshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05034924702019610611noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33189102.post-41568136870904856272010-02-06T05:00:09.278-05:002010-02-06T05:00:09.278-05:00Lizzy Bennet!
