Moos...I ate roadkill moose extensively as a child. Moose are so large, and their legs are so long, that when they are hit by a car it usually just breaks a leg or two. Sometimes they have to be shot to put them out of their misery. <br /><br />My dad was part of a volunteer group that the State called to get and butcher these moose, and the meat was then distributed to the poor.
