  1. My results: I write like Stephen King...wish I had all his millions to go along with the writing style. I've read 1 of his books...too much swearing etc. for me, not my style at all as far as content !

Creepy...I certainly don't write horror but I guess my writing syntax matches his the most.

  2. I write like I talk.

    I know.

    That's a bit of a shock.

Well, nearly. There are SOME words I write and wouldn't speak, especially words of analysis and opinion to provide a sort of explantion or image.

Words I don't need when I'm talking because you can see my eyes and face and hear the tone of my voice.

  4. I've just done the test twice more with different pieces of writing.

I got Kurt Vonnegut again and then James Joyce. Blimey, my heads beginning to swell already.

  5. I also got Kurt Vonnegut when I put in a short story, but David Foster Wallace when I put in a blog post.
I guess I should just sit back and wait for the offers to come rolling in. ( I wish!)

  7. I used a short blog post and got Stephen King as my answer. Then I added some text copied from a longer blog post and my results changed to William Shakespeare!
Wow, what a range I seem to have!
    :D

  8. Okay. First, I put in a short story and got Stephen King. I put in a blog post and got David Foster Wallace. Then, I put in an essay and got Jane Austen. It boggles the mind!
