Another Idealized Image of Jane?

In closely viewing this rendering, I sense a "Victorian" influence around the lips and eyes. I am going on nothing more than my gut instinct and background in art.

It looks like someone attempted to paint a cross between Cassandra's portrait and the "heavy-lidded Jane" as a Janeite of my acquaintance calls the Victorian engraving.
