This reviewer liked Colin's turn as a baddie, but thought the movie was MEH. The reviewer from Screen.com also thought that Colin's performance was better than the film. Colin's next project will be to play King George VI, Queen Elizabeth II's father. As an aside, I found it interesting that Dorian Gray was scheduled to open on 09/09/09.

Great poster,
and see I told everyone Colin Firth really is a bad guy and now we get to see his true colours!
Yeah..... now you will believe the Nigester (insert determined look of one eyebrow raised).
Ooh. Will this be released in the US?
Oh holy mother why do I live in the US
That's it..I'm moving to the UK..haha So unfair for us U.S. fans to be deprived..I love Colin Firth and Ben Barnes!!!
I've wanted a "Dorian Gray" remake -- the original film was good but flawed -- but I'm disappointed in what I've seen of this one. Looks like they've committed the near-unforgivable sin of watering down Wilde's wit.
Man! Colin looks really cute with facial hair!
(sigh) Will this movie even be released in the US? It's like The Young Victoria. We are finally getting it in November!!!
Thanks for sharing interview and poster!!
Had not even heard that this movie was coming out. Excellent cast. Am curious how it will play.
I have seen Colin Firth as a bad guy and he is good as Nigel says but I prefer him as a good guy...because he's good he is even better playing a bad guy...get it ?
