Earlier this month, Colin Firth (Mr. Darcy) and Hugh Grant (Edward Ferrars) turned 50 within one day of each other. Can you believe it? Give me some of the pickling juices these men are drinking! In celebration of this happy occasion, we ask you to vote for your favorite films in which these men played leading roles. You may only choose one film per actor. After you have voted for Hugh Grant scroll down to vote for your favorite Colin Firth film.

ahhh they were both in Love Actually. although i don't recall them having any scenes together.
nope - well except if you count the children's show where pretty much the entire cast is in the audience - so Colin and the rest of them are reacting to Hugh's character kissing whats-her-name...
But I do protest the lack of "Music and Lyrics" being listed for Hugh... not that I'm a huge enough Hugh Grant fan to be protesting much - but it is my favorite...
I love Colin Firth in The Secret Laughter of Women!
Hugh S & S
Colin P & P
Was there ever any doubt about which movies would get the highest percentages ?
I thought Love Actually was such crap! Loved About a Boy, but not more than S&S. Music and Lyrics is fun as is Notting Hill. The only other Colin movie I truly like is Nanny McPhee. (My husband's family are mortician's which adds to this movies charm . . .)
I wish voting for all Colin's movies was option! Of course, P&P and Bridget Jones are right up there, but I loved his character in Love Actually! And in Mamma Mia and The Importance of Being Earnest he sings! So adorable!
Blogger ate my comment, but what I wanted to say is one film per actor?! I think you must be evil.
