Kinghtly is a great role model for men so any version, I think should be welcome to get the gentlemanly behaviour message through!

But didn't they just make an "Emma" with Kate Beckingsale? We are so behind the times down here :)

Nigel, Emma starring Beckinsale is from 1996 and it is not a BBC production but an ITV one, like the 2007 NA, MP and Persuasion.

A new Emma? YES!!!! Finally hopefully this will be the version I watch all the time.

I would have preferred a different Emma, although the trailor looks promising. Nevertheless, Kate Beckinsale is my favourite to date and Jeremy Northam as Knightley. We shall see if this production will proof me wrong. I cannot wait....
