Have you ever wondered if regency fashions in films are accurate? Some times they are and some times they're not. Here's an example of a costumer closely following the actual style of the day. Compare the arrangement of the lace veil over the hat to the veil worn over a cap by Barbara Leigh-Hunt as Lady Catherine de Bourgh in the 1995 film adaptation of Pride and Prejudice.
