At A Loss For Words?

Granted, this post has nothing to do with Jane Austen or the Regency period, but if you need to tell someone off elegantly, here's an Elizabethan Curse Word Generator. Click on "Curse!", and the generator will spew forth such phrases as:
  • Thou hideous fat-kidneyed bladder!
  • Thou vacant pottle-deep snipe!
  • Thou hideous boil-brained minnow!
  • Thou peevish unchin-snouted apple-john!

HAH! These phrases should hold you in good stead as you wait in long lines this Holiday Season. My favorite? " Thou beslubbering dizzy-eyed measle!" Isn't beslubbering simply a scrumptious word?
