For me 1995 Mr Darcy Colin is just perfect but I'll take him any day.
He needed P&P to bring out the best in him!
He was always a nice looking guy and after he had his teeth done, he was oh, so much more appealing and handsome. The pivotal role of Darcy in 1995 made his career soar !
I'd say Firth definitely got better as he aged. The turning point was 1995! :)
I know this is blasphemy but I have never found him attractive! Don't hit, but I try every time I watch P&P but, nothing. Whats wrong with me? I will say he is more appealing in his later years tho.
Lovely boy.Handsome young man.All the qualities above are pale beside the great actor and great fifty years old man.
I wouldn't say he was bad looking in the early pictures - just too young for my taste (even if he'd have been more of an appropriate age compared to me at that point, lol) - I love him as Darcy - but I do think he was hottest in "What a Girl Wants" (speaking of which - it still cracks me up that I didn't recognize Anna Chancelor the first how many times I watched it, because I assumed she reminded me of Miss Bingley because of the character, not because it was her, LOL!)To AJSnow - there's been a lot of traditionally thought to be appealing actors whom I couldn't understand the attraction to either (mostly American I must admit - I have a real thing for British men) - so I can understand from that standpoint, even if I don't understand in this case, lol...
As they say, good things get better with age, and he certainly did.I love him in leather pants in What A Girl Wants! Yum!
Can't say that I'd have ever turned him away :)
Eye Candy at 19 or whatever age he is, He will always be swoon worthy in my eyes...ahhhh.
As Mr Darcy!!And what a voice he has!!
yummy all along
I think he was beautiful when he was younger but ultimate sexiness in P&P! I'd take him whenever tho-a bit of young Firth action would be fine with me!
