I really want to read this novel. It's not often you see a modern take on anything other than Pride and Prejudice. Don't get me wrong, I love Pride and Prejudice, but it's nice to see some of the other novels getting some love.

Wow, how interesting! I can´t wait to read about inheriting laws during the period. It is the cause of "Sense and Sensibility" happening in the first place, the topic that puts the whole book into motion, and it has been one aspect I have never read about.

I love all of Jane Austen's novels ... there is always something very witty and clever in her writing style that makes her a standout author.
A very good idea, Sense and Sensibility is one of my fav books. I have a small volume that was my grandmothers who I never met so it is special to me.
I look forward to reading more :)

Sense and Sensibility is a wonderful Jane Austen novel. I adore both sisters but Marianne is my favorite. I think it's great that you are celebrating this book with a related discussion each month!
